Combine oats, milk (or water), and a pinch of salt in a saucepan over medium heat.
Cook, stirring frequently, for 5–7 minutes until thick and creamy.
Stir in the cinnamon. Adjust consistency with a splash more liquid if needed.
Spoon into bowls, drizzle generously with honey, and top with banana slices.
